The Russian fifth-generation fighter Su-57E visited Iran. Footage has appeared on social networks.
The aircraft was transiting from India, where it participated in the Aero India 2025 exhibition. It landed in the Islamic Republic for refueling.
The presented footage shows the Su-57E moving along the runway, taking off, and then rapidly gaining altitude. During takeoff, the pilot performed the "barrel roll" aerobatic maneuver to the approving cheers of observers.
Earlier it became known that Algeria will be the first foreign buyer of the Su-57. By the end of 2027, Russia will transfer 12 fifth-generation combat aircraft to the republic.
