AvtoVAZ has announced the launch of a new support program for Lada car owners — "Lada Zabota". It aims to improve the accessibility of maintenance, simplify car operation, and provide assistance in emergency situations.

The list of services includes a support package in case of an accident: evacuation of the car to the nearest official Lada dealer, provision of a replacement car, services of a personal manager for insurance issues, and independent assessment of repair costs. Lada Zabota also includes insurance similar to a comprehensive insurance policy: customers receive compensation for damage caused as a result of an accident involving third parties not insured under compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, including pedestrians, cyclists, and scooter riders, up to 400 thousand rubles.

Program participants will be able to take advantage of a number of useful services — mobile tire service, seasonal tire storage, opening a locked car, and assistance from a replacement driver. The "Lada Zabota" program compensates for the cost of the second maintenance service (TO-2), provided that the previous scheduled maintenance services were performed at the service center of an official Lada dealer.

Any buyer of a new Lada car can become a member of the program. Support is available around the clock.
