«Северсталь Стальные Решения» освоила новую технологию нанесения огнезащитного покрытия

Fire protection compound consumption per ton of metal — 25 kg

Specialists at Severstal Steel Solutions have mastered a new technology for applying fire protection coating to metal. Following testing, they sent the first batch of metal structures to the Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant.

The coating is applied while maintaining a specific temperature regime. Each batch of fire-resistant metal is inspected by EMERCOM personnel.

The consumption of fire protection compound using our own technology is only 25 kg per ton of metal, while competitors use 32.5 kg.

Metal with this coating can be used in the construction of industrial facilities in metallurgy, petrochemicals, and the commercial sector.
