Spectra Aircraft, part of the S7 Group holding, presented the Tango training aircraft at the NAIS exhibition. It is made entirely of domestic composite materials.
Tango is a four-seater light-engine training aircraft, which has been developed at the S7 technical base in Torbeevo over the past few years. According to S7 Group founder Vladislav Filev, the company's capacity will allow for the mass production of Tango in the near future. The main feature of the aircraft is the solid airframe design with a minimum number of joints.
This is a completely Russian aircraft, from beginning to end - from wheels to tail. This aircraft is produced at the S7 Group base in the Moscow region from domestic composite, iron, with our own hands and efforts.
First of all, the aircraft was created to train students of aviation schools who are just starting their journey in aviation. However, there are already many requests from potential buyers who want to purchase Tango.
Earlier it became known that Yakovlev PJSC in Komsomolsk-on-Amur plans to build a logistics center with an area of about 10 thousand square meters. This facility will be a warehouse complex with an area for assembly of SSJ-100 aircraft engines.
