The world will face the first large-scale cyberattacks organized by artificial intelligence as early as 2025. This is according to Artem Semenikhin, partner at the technology practice of "Technologies of Trust." In his opinion, neural networks will be used to organize both cyber defense and cyberattacks.
Semenikhin said that hackers conducted the first experiments with AI in 2024. He suggests that in 2025 there will be a trend towards using neural networks for attacks.
The expert advises companies to assess the financial risks that may arise due to data compromise. This will allow them to understand how possible cyberattacks can affect profits and losses. After that, companies will be able to decide which measures to protect against hacking will be a priority.
