Kalashnikov to Start Retail Sales of First Aid Kit from the Newest Legionnaire Military Equipment

The first aid kit was developed taking into account the requirements for the 3rd generation military equipment

The Kalashnikov Concern will launch retail sales of anindividual first aid kit (APPI) from the Legionnaire combat equipment being developed at the StrikeCon 2025 festival. The event will be held in Moscow at the Tishinka Exhibition Center on February 8-9, the concern said.

The APPI was developed taking into account the requirements for the 3rd generation military equipment. It is divided into two echelons for its more effective use in providing self- and mutual assistance in the "red" and "yellow" zones.

The first aid kit includes the only QuikMed hemostatic bandage in Russia with an 88% efficiency. The bandage has been successfully tested and is recommended for inclusion in individual and group first aid kits for military personnel, as well as for use in ambulance kits.

The concern first presented thenew promising individual first aid kit in August 2024. It has an expanded number of hemostatic and dressing materials, as well as a number of innovative medical devices and medicines, taking into account the statistics and nature of injuries, including two tourniquets and two tourniquets, an individual dressing package and a sublingual analgesic ketorolac, designed to relieve moderate and severe pain.
