The APPI was developed taking into account the requirements for the 3rd generation military equipment. It is divided into two echelons for its more effective use in providing self- and mutual assistance in the "red" and "yellow" zones.

The first aid kit includes the only QuikMed hemostatic bandage in Russia with an 88% effectiveness. The bandage has been successfully tested and is recommended for inclusion in individual and group first aid kits for military personnel, as well as for use in ambulance kits.

The concern first presented the new promising individual first aid kit in August 2024. It has an expanded number of hemostatic and dressing materials, as well as a number of innovative medical devices and medicines, taking into account the statistics and nature of injuries, including two tourniquets and two tourniquets, an individual dressing package and a sublingual analgesic ketorolac, designed to relieve moderate and severe pain.
