On February 5, 2025, from the Plesetsk cosmodrome (Arkhangelsk region), combat crews of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces launched a light-class Soyuz-2.1v carrier rocket with spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The day before, on February 4, five rocket launches were planned worldwide — a new record for the space industry.
