Kalashnikov Ships a Batch of Upgraded AK-12 Assault Rifles to the Army

In 2024, the concern fulfilled its obligations for dozens of items ahead of schedule

In January, the Kalashnikov Concern shipped the first batch of improved AK-12 assault rifles of the 2023 model under state contracts for 2025. The AK-12 is the main individual automatic weapon of the Armed Forces servicemen.

Kalashnikov noted that last year the weapons division fulfilled its obligations for dozens of items ahead of schedule.

To this end, the concern expanded its machine park and continued a large-scale modernization of production and improvement of technological processes.
