TheRubicon Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies was created in the Ministry of Defense in August 2024 on the instructions of the head of the military department, Andrei Belousov.
The key areas of the center's work are the training of highly qualified instructors from among specialists in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and operators of strike and reconnaissance drones. The center also develops and tests advanced robotic systems.
