A new software has been created at the University of Dubna, reducing the design time of wind turbines.
The use of a computer program allows for the rapid determination of the main aerodynamic, geometric, energy, and dynamic parameters of a wind turbine without the use of third-party software and lengthy, resource-intensive calculations of the aerodynamic flow around the wind turbine profiles.
The program is currently presented as a console application. In the future, the developers plan to refine it into a full-fledged Windows application. This will allow users to set and adjust a greater number of parameters, save sets of specified parameters, and obtain intermediate calculation results.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the development of software for designing 28 Nm processors will begin in Russia by 2030.
