Первый российский портативный аппарат ИВЛ выйдет на рынок в 2025 году

The weight of the AIVL-D device will be only 5 kg

The Schwabe Holding (part of Rostec) is preparing to launch the first domestic portable ventilator (AIVL-D). The 5 kg device, equipped with a battery, can operate autonomously for several hours.

The device can be used in hospitals, transport, and at home, for example, for palliative care. Suitable for people of all ages. The device has been registered with Roszdravnadzor.

The system records and synchronizes data on the patient's condition, saving information on a built-in drive or transmitting it via the Internet. Doctors can analyze indicators for up to a year, which simplifies long-term monitoring and therapy adjustment.

The device combines professional and domestic modes with safe switching between them. The development was carried out by specialists from the Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant, who took into account the requirements of doctors and patients.

The device has been registered with Roszdravnadzor. Mass production will begin in 2024, and the annual number of units produced will reach 200.

The appearance of AIVL-D will reduce dependence on foreign analogues, which are more expensive and difficult to maintain. For patients, especially those in need of long-term respiratory support, this means the availability of therapy outside the hospital and the ability to maintain mobility.
