A large-scale event dedicated to the presentation of new cars will take place at the plant in Togliatti. The focus will be on the Lada Iskra, which will be presented in all body types, and the updated Lada Niva with a 160-horsepower engine.
AvtoVAZ recently launched the production of the Lada Vesta car, equipped with a new six-speed gearbox. This event was the starting point for today's presentation, which will feature both current and future models of the brand. Among them is the electric version of the Niva Travel, which has already been placed on the site in front of the assembly line.
Detailed technical specifications of the Lada Iskra are likely not to be disclosed yet, as its mass production will begin only in May. However, viewers will be able to appreciate the design of pre-production models.
The event is expected to provide more information about the Lada E-Niva with a 160 hp electric motor, and will also showcase the sports version of the Lada Niva Sport.
