A resident of the Saratov region has put up for sale a rare GAZ-21 Volga car. The owner is asking 1.5 million rubles for his darling.
The car rolled off the assembly line of the Gorky Automobile Plant in 1968. Specialists carried out a major overhaul of the car, which is already 57 years old. The engine and chassis were repaired, and the interior was replaced. According to the owner, the Soviet Volga is in excellent condition.
In 1968, this luxurious car cost 5.6 thousand rubles.
Earlier in the Netherlands, a rare Lada 1200 (VAZ-21013) model, manufactured in 1986, was put up for sale. This car spent most of its life in Hungary, and only ended up in the Netherlands in 2013. Since then, it has belonged to one owner.
