"Kalashnikov" Developed the Newest "KUB-SM" Kamikaze Drone System: To Be Presented for the First Time in Abu Dhabi

The "KUB-SM" includes a UAV-based reconnaissance-repeater and guided munitions in transport and launch containers

The "Kalashnikov" Concern has developed a new unmanned system with "KUB-SM" kamikaze drones. The system will be shown for the first time at the IDEX-2025 international arms conference and exhibition, which will be held from February 17 to 21 in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

The system includes both guided munitions (GM) in transport and launch containers (TLC) and a UAV-based reconnaissance-repeater (UAV-R) in TLC.

The guided munition delivers a multi-factor warhead by a carrier to the target for its destruction. The UAV-R performs observation and reconnaissance of the area, as well as retransmits information from the GM to the ground control station and back.

The armored combat vehicle is designed to transport the combat crew, guided munitions, and UAV-reconnaissance-repeater (UAV-R), as well as the equipment necessary for preparing and using the ammunition. In addition, it provides movement on the march, when following to the firing position and back.

The "KUB-SM" system ensures the combat use of highly maneuverable guided munitions at any time of the day, in simple and complex meteorological conditions, with wind gusts up to 15 m/s.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Russian military will receive "Courier" ground robots.
