The first digital housing certificate for orphans has been issued in the Moscow region. Now, the application for receiving it can be submitted entirely online through the "Gosuslugi" portal.
The digital document is available in the personal account, eliminating the need to visit the MFC or guardianship authorities.
The first recipient of the digital certificate was a young man from Dolgoprudny. In total, 913 orphans will receive housing in 2025 under the regional program "Housing," which provides apartments or certificates for their purchase to orphans who have reached the age of majority.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a section for charity may appear on "Gosuslugi."
