Sales of the new Lada Niva Sport SUV will begin in February. This was reported by the website Wroom.ru.
There is no official information about the model's price yet, but according to preliminary data, it will "cost" 1.6 million rubles.
The main difference between the "sport" SUV and the regular one is a new 122 hp engine with a volume of 1.6 liters from Granta Sport. For comparison: the engine power of the regular Niva is 83 hp.
The car also received a new rear suspension with four levers and without a Panhard rod, a reinforced clutch housing, reinforced fifth gear in the gearbox, disc brakes on all wheels, and an improved transfer case drive.
