Crews of Corvettes "Gromky" and "Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov" Repel USV Attacks in Primorye

The exercises took place in Peter the Great Bay

The corvettes "Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov" and "Gromky" (Project 20380) made their first control exit to the sea in 2025. The maneuvers were conducted to improve the skills of combat crews, the press service of the Pacific Fleet reported.

The exercises took place in Peter the Great Bay in Primorye. Sailors repelled attacks by unmanned surface vessels (USV) and UAVs of a mock enemy. The corvette crews practiced interaction as part of a strike group and received target guidance from Ka-27M helicopters.

The press service of the Pacific Fleet added that the sea tanker "Pechenga" also participated in the exercises. The ship's crew replenished the ships' supplies using the traverse and wake methods.
