Russia's First Shredder for Crushing Construction Waste Created in Primorye

Industrial shredder can process up to 50 tons of construction waste per hour

Entrepreneur Ilya Goldaev from Primorsky Krai has created Russia's first industrial shredder for processing construction waste with a capacity of up to 50 tons per hour. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.

The domestic shredder can handle concrete, trees, and even dispose of an entire multi-story building.

The construction reinforced concrete waste remaining after the demolition of buildings can be processed by the shredder into secondary crushed stone, which is again suitable for use. Asphalt can be useful for the construction of new roads, and crushed brick can be used as a filler for concrete.

There are no analogues of machines with such productivity in Russia. I emphasize productivity, because our machine can process up to 50 tons per hour.
Ilya Goldaev, Head of the Dalsnab Holding Machine-Building Company

The project team was supported by the regional center "My Business". In 2024, the machine-building company was among the top three winners of the accelerator and received a certificate for state support in the amount of two million rubles.
