Russia has entered the top three leading powers in global military shipbuilding at the end of 2024, according to an analytical material from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) RAS.
Russia has retained its third place in the field of military shipbuilding, increasing its score from 11,084 points in the previous period to 12,516 in the current one. In the coming years, the pace of military shipbuilding in Russia is unlikely to decrease significantly.
At the end of 2023, China ranks first with 17 thousand points, the United States is in second place (15.5 thousand points).
Earlier, www1.ru reported that USC will modernize the "Admiralty Shipyards" in the next five years. The total investment in the project is estimated at approximately 15 billion rubles.
