Belarusian rescuers have received a new search and rescue vehicle based on the MZKT-4503A. The vehicle was developed by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant (MZKT) in conjunction with the company "NPP Engineering Auto."
The State Military-Industrial Committee of the republic clarified that the vehicle is designed for the rapid delivery of rescuers and special equipment to the scene of natural and man-made emergencies.
The vehicle will be useful for conducting search and rescue operations in the rubble of destroyed buildings and for searching and providing medical assistance to victims.
