Belarusian rescuers have received a new vehicle for search and rescue operations based on the MZKT-4503A. The equipment was developed by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant (MZKT) in collaboration with "NPP Engineering Auto".
The State Military-Industrial Committee of the republic clarified that the vehicle is designed for the rapid delivery of rescuers and special equipment to the scene of natural and man-made emergencies.
The vehicle will be useful for conducting search and rescue operations in the rubble of destroyed buildings and for searching for and providing medical assistance to victims.
