The Russian mobile operator "MegaFon" has announced the start of sales of its own brand of Fontel smartwatches with eSIM support. These are the first children's watches with this technology both in the Fontel range and among federal retail chains in Russia.
Previously, the company had already released smart children's watches with standard SIM card support in the Fontel line, as well as watches without a SIM card, but with Bluetooth connection to smartphones.
The new Fontel children's watch with eSIM has a 1.83-inch LCD screen, A-GPS and GPS geolocation, a 2 MP front camera, an 800 mAh battery, audio and video calls, and IP67 water protection. You can swim in the watch for up to half an hour with immersion to one meter.
There is also integration with the "Marusya" voice assistant. Currently, two colors are available - gray and pink.
