The Russian military has received over 2,800 innovative tactical cloaks and camouflage suits that blur the silhouette in the infrared range. This was reported by the developer company HiderX.
A great deal of work has been done to improve the products, which has improved camouflage effectiveness by 20% and reduced thermal radiation, increasing the safety of the military.
The company noted that the use of HiderX technology reduced detection in dark and nighttime conditions in combat zones by 85%. More than 75% of the surveyed soldiers stated that the high camouflage effectiveness played a decisive role in the success of their missions.
The masking effect of the suits is provided by a unique pattern of broken lines and special material treatment. Depending on the size, the weight of the product can range from 280 to 400 grams.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that soldiers of the Central Military District received the latest Uran-6 demining complexes.
