A batch of Uran-6 robotic demining systems has reinforced several engineering assault units of the Center group of troops performing combat missions.
The Uran-6 demining complex is a light armored vehicle with demining systems and remote control, designed to make passages in minefields and continuous clearing of the area from explosive objects and anti-personnel mines.
Main characteristics of the Uran-6 demining vehicle:
- Weight in running order — 6000 kg
- Track — 1230 mm
- Engine power — 176 kW, 240 hp
- Control and video transmission range: in an open area — up to 800 m, in urban conditions — up to 300 m
- Remote control system weight — no more than 15 kg
