At the end of 2024, 17 Lada Aura cars were delivered to the State Duma for the chairmen of the Duma committees and commissions. Politicians shared their impressions of the new cars.
The head of the control committee, Oleg Morozov, after two weeks of operating the Lada Aura, noticed several minor shortcomings. He pointed out that the rear seat does not have adjustments, and the sound insulation, although better than the standard Vesta, needs improvement. He also noted that the engine compartment and arches need improvement.
He noted that for a passenger, the car has no equal in comfort.
Even the S-class does not have such a distance to the front seat.
Also, the 122 hp engine was sufficient for both the city and overtaking on toll roads, where it accelerated to 129 km/h.
The chairman of the Culture Committee, Olga Kazakova, in turn, stated that the car's interior is more spacious than in the previous car she used. She also did not notice any extraneous sensations that interfered with comfort, and pointed out that the car is comfortable and not inferior to foreign analogues that she used in the course of her professional activities.
