Dealers predict an increase in demand for Lada Largus in Russia due to the appearance in the lineup of 7-seater station wagons and the Cross version, which began to arrive in dealerships in December. New modifications, according to experts, will significantly expand the circle of potential buyers.
Alexander Shaprinsky, Commercial Director of the Pragmatika dealer network, said that the share of Largus family cars in the sales structure of his company at the end of 2024 was 14%. He expressed confidence that with the advent of 7-seater versions, the figure will increase to 18%.
The expert predicts that in the future, sales between the 5-seater and 7-seater versions will be distributed equally, and the share of the Cross version may be about 25% of the total Largus sales. According to him, the 7-seater version will primarily interest large families, taxis and car-sharing services. In turn, the Cross version with improved off-road characteristics will appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and country trips.
Production of new models - 7-seater Largus station wagons and Largus Cross cars with increased ground clearance, protective body kit and contrasting interior trim - started at the Lada Izhevsk plant in December last year. The seven-seater station wagon in the Comfort configuration, equipped with a 90-horsepower 1.6-liter engine and a manual gearbox, is offered at a price of 1,752,000 rubles. Largus Cross Comfort in the five-seater version will cost 1,807,000 rubles, and in the seven-seater version - 1,857,000 rubles.
