Dating apps are seeing a new surge in activity from the 35-45 age group

By the end of 2024, the growth rate of the audience of Russian dating services increased by 25.3% compared to 2023. Estimates of market shares vary, but all note the revitalization of the audience against the background of the development of the habit of using such services.

The operator t2 (formerly Tele2) calculated that the audience of dating applications in Russia grew by 25.3% in 11 months of 2024. Most users of dating services are people aged 35–44 years (32%), predominantly men (55%).

A study by VimpelCom notes that Mamba holds the leading position (39%), VK Dating is in second place (29%), followed by Tabor (13%), Loveplanet (8%), Teamo (5%), Twinby (4%) and Pure (2%).
