Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government and the Russian Academy of Sciences to ensure the inclusion of measures to achieve the superiority of domestic technologies in national projects. The head of state gave the corresponding instruction following a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development. The deadline for their implementation is July 1, 2025.
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Russian Academy of Sciences, shall ensure the inclusion in national projects for ensuring technological leadership of measures aimed at achieving the superiority of domestic technologies and products over foreign analogues in priority sectors of the economy, as well as indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the implementation of such measures.
Earlier, Putin instructed the Cabinet to accelerate the development of unmanned aviation in Russia.
