A Tu-204-100V aircraft manufactured by the United Aircraft Corporation has joined the Roscosmos Cosmonaut Training Center's aviation fleet. It is the third Tu-204 type aircraft in the state corporation's aviation.
Roscosmos noted that the Tu-204-100V will transport, among others, state commissions. These may be both domestic and international flights.
The Roscosmos State Corporation expresses its deep gratitude to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government, Denis Manturov, for his assistance in obtaining this aircraft.
The Tu-204-100V aircraft with two PS-90A engines is a modification of the serial Tu-204 model, created on the basis of developments for the Tu-204E, with a Russian-language cockpit and modernized equipment.
