Domestic Business Process Management Service Introduces New AI Version

The Russian business process management service "Bitrix24" has introduced an updated version of its AI model — BitrixGPT 4x. This model is designed to simplify the execution of everyday tasks for users, especially in large companies with a large number of employees, where automation and the volume of routine operations are often complex.

According to the company's internal analysis, interest in the use of neural networks is growing, and more than 57% of Bitrix24 portals already use AI to automate processes such as converting calls to text, creating reports on conversations, and filling out CRM cards. About 80% of portals have used neural networks in their activities at least once.

One of the platform's most popular tools is "Chat with CoPilot." It helps users with a wide range of tasks: from writing SEO texts and letters to analyzing program code and developing strategies. This tool accounts for 58% of all user activity, and 48% of portals use it for at least 15 days a month.

BitrixGPT 4x is already available for users working with the boxed version of Bitrix24. In 2025, it is planned to integrate it into cloud portals, where it will become the default model in CoPilot. At the same time, users will be able to use alternative solutions, such as GigaChat, YandexGPT, or connect third-party developments.
