The Nizhny Novgorod company "Luidor" has developed and launched a luxury minivan based on the "Sobol NN" model. The standard minibus, which has been produced since last fall, is designed for five passengers. At the same time, the car from "Luidor" can only accommodate three people, but they will travel with special comfort.
The car features individual seats upholstered in genuine leather, which can be adjusted for backrest tilt, as well as armrests and a heating function. The interior is completely reupholstered in artificial suede and light-colored leather, and the floor is covered with carpeting. Similar features are available in the top versions of the Toyota Alphard and Lexus LM minivans.
The car has a retractable partition that separates the driver and passengers. A TV is built into the partition.
In addition, the car has a refrigerator, an autonomous heater, and a retractable electric footrest.
The masters of the company "Luidor" carried out work to change the color of the car. They repainted it in black metallic, including the bumpers. Work was also carried out to tint the side windows, improve sound insulation and thermal insulation. Additional lighting was installed in the cabin.
In technical terms, the minivan does not differ from the standard "Sobol NN". It is equipped with a 2.5-liter turbodiesel engine with a capacity of 150 horsepower and a manual gearbox.
The cost of a luxury minivan from "Luidor" is 7,350,000 rubles. For comparison, the cost of a regular "Sobol NN" minivan starts from 3,900,000 rubles. Recently, the Gorky Automobile Plant also presented a car of a similar class, but based on the "Gazelle".
In November, in Russia sales of the compact minivan "Sobol NN" began, which has now received the status of a passenger car of category B/M1. Previously, passenger modifications of this model belonged to category B/M2. Now, having received a new status, owners of "Sobol NN" may not undergo mandatory technical inspection and do not install a tachograph. In addition, they can travel on highways at a higher speed.
