AvtoVAZ has shared its plans for 2025, announcing a list of new products and improvements to existing models. Mass production of the Lada Iskra model will begin in the first half of 2025.
Among the planned innovations are the launch of mass production of Niva Sport, as well as the modernization of Lada Vesta. In particular, a six-speed manual gearbox and climate control will be added to the model. These changes will be implemented in the winter of 2025. In addition, a new 1.8-liter engine is planned to be installed on cars of the Niva family.
Also in 2025, the world premiere of the B-Plus Cross crossover is expected at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), followed by the launch of mass production of this model in the first half of 2026. Another long-awaited novelty will be the Lada Vesta Sport model, which will go on sale in the second quarter of 2025.
AvtoVAZ confirmed that it plans to produce 500,000 cars in 2025, for which the necessary production facilities and resources have already been prepared.
