When I appointed him to this position, or rather, when I gave my blessing to the future head, Viktor Viktorovich Khmarin, for RusHydro, I immediately said: are you ready to move to Krasnoyarsk? He says: "Yes." I say: "And your wife?" - "She will agree." But this takes time, it is necessary that the personnel are in place. It is very difficult to drag people from Moscow, not because they are lazy or do not want to go to Siberia. But children, schools, kindergartens, institutes, it's a complex process. And personnel need to be trained on the spot.
The head of state said that the authorities will definitely work to ensure that large companies, authorities and administrations move to the regions. He stressed that large production centers need to be distributed across the country.
