The FCS, using AI algorithms, provides recognition, classification, and prioritization of targets, as well as the subsequent engagement of up to four threats simultaneously.

The Tor-M2U SAM system is an all-weather tactical complex that provides 360-degree "scanning" of the sky. It allows detecting up to 40 enemy targets and identifying the most dangerous targets with fire engagement.

Technical characteristics of the Tor-M2U:

  • Maximum engagement range - 12 km
  • Number of simultaneously processed targets - 48
  • Number of simultaneously tracked target trajectories - 10
  • Number of simultaneously engaged targets - 4
  • Number of simultaneously guided missiles - 8
  • Maximum target speed - 700 m/s
  • Fuel range - 500 km
  • Maximum combat vehicle weight - 30 t
  • Combat vehicle crew - 3
