In "Oreshnik", the entire launcher is Belarusian, except for the missile. The localization is very high. I told Russian President Vladimir Putin: "We are not raising the issue of the missile. If necessary, we will do it together, we have enough competencies in this regard, we will help, as with the nuclear power plant."
Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus

The head of the republic noted that the Union State will produce the launcher together, it is made by the "Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant".

"Oreshnik" is a missile that can be used with the ability to hit any target at a range of up to 5 thousand km without the enemy's real ability to counter anything in terms of interception.
