The Russian advanced T-14 "Armata" tank is the most combat-ready tank in the world. This is stated in a publication by the American publication Military Watch Magazine (MWM).
Journalists noted that the advanced features of the T-14 tank include a firing range approximately three times higher than that of NATO tanks, a sensor system, a high level of armor protection, especially for the crew, a favorable power-to-weight ratio, and the highest mobility.
The publication added that the capabilities of the T-14 "make it, perhaps, the most combat-ready in the world."
The T-14 was developed on the basis of the universal tracked platform "Armata". The tank received a 125-millimeter 2A82 gun, an uninhabited turret and a modern fire control system. The protection of the T-14 is provided by composite armor, the Afghanit active protection complex and the Malachite dynamic protection.
