A digital twin of the city head has been created in Yoshkar-Ola to help process residents' requests more quickly.
According to the head of the city district, Lev Pokrovsky, this innovation is aimed at solving a key task — effectively responding to citizens' requests and improving the quality of feedback. The digital twin will be used to inform applicants and speed up the processing of applications, which will save municipal employees and deputies time and increase productivity.
The project was developed for the VKontakte social network and represents a new format of media content. Sergey Yakunin, head of the Center for the Development of Digital Technologies of Mari El, clarified that the digital twin is part of the first stage of the online reception, where algorithms help to quickly process information. In the future, it is planned to develop the project by introducing artificial intelligence technologies to further improve interaction with residents.
