In the eleven months of 2024, 417,400 Lada passenger cars and commercial vehicles were sold in Russia. This is 30.6% more than in the same period last year.
In November, 39,600 cars were sold, which is 9.8% more than in November 2023. Most of the sales were for the Lada Granta car — 14,741 units per month. In total, from January to November, 190,348 such cars were sold, which corresponds to the level of last year.
Lada Vesta sold 8,078 cars in November (+1.2% compared to November last year). According to the results of 11 months, 113,302 Vesta were sold (173.7% more than in the same period last year).
After the resumption of production, sales of Lada Largus increased significantly. In November, 6,379 passenger wagons were sold, which is 138.7% more than in October 2024, and 1,867 vans (+105.8% compared to October).
In November, 4,137 Lada Niva Legend cars were sold, which is 14.4% more than in the same period last year.
Lada Niva Travel also showed sales growth: 46,670 cars were sold in 11 months, which is 4.8% more than last year. In November, 3,815 cars were sold.
Earlier, AvtoVAZ successfully passed another audit, which confirmed compliance with the international standard ISO 14001. The experts who conducted the audit highly appreciated the company's efforts to optimize energy use. In particular, they noted the transition from mercury lamps to LED lamps and the replacement of roofing in production facilities with a more efficient one in terms of reducing heat loss.
