Servicemen of the Baltic Naval Base practiced destroying mock enemy ships, using the Bastion coastal missile system (CRC) in the Kaliningrad region. This was reported by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.
The crews of the Bastion anti-ship missile systems conducted electronic launches of Onyx anti-ship missiles at mock targets in the Baltic Sea, simulating a group of enemy ships.
During the maneuvers, the missile crews practiced camouflage and anti-sabotage support for the places of combat duty.
The press service of the Baltic Fleet noted that the Bastion coastal defense missile system crews are on duty to protect and defend the coast of the Kaliningrad region. The systems cover a coastal strip of 600 km.
