The newest Russian ballistic hypersonic missile "Oreshnik" is not a weapon of mass destruction, since it does not carry a nuclear charge. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to him, the temperature of the striking elements reaches 4 thousand degrees. The missile hits even deeply located and highly protected objects. Putin emphasized that everything at the epicenter of the explosion is divided into elementary particles, essentially turning into dust.
Russia has several Oreshnik missile systems ready for use.
