The characteristics of the advanced Russian kamikaze drone "Chernika-2" have become known. It can be used to strike manpower, fortifications, strong points, and light armored vehicles.

The "Chernika-2" drones are designed according to the "flying wing" scheme. They are constructive analogues of the previously known Skywalker X8 UAVs.

Characteristics of the "Chernika-2" drone:

  • Flight range — up to 100 km, depends on the signal level of the ground equipment
  • Wingspan — 2.2 m
  • Mass of the warhead — 2.5 kg
  • Flight duration with a warhead — 1.5 hours
  • Flight altitude with maximum load — up to 1 km
  • Cruising speed — 60 km/h
  • Launch — using a catapult or by hand

In total, the Russian military has received about 4.5 thousand "Chernika-2" strike drones.
