At UAZ, the adjustment of conductors for welding bodies of Sollers ST6 and ST8 pickups has begun.
In Ulyanovsk, it is planned to launch production, which will include all stages: welding, painting and assembly of cars. In January 2025, the Sollers ST8 model will appear on the market. And in September 2026, the production of the Sollers ST9 pickup will begin.
ST8 is an improved version of the JAC T6 pickup (Sollers ST6), which is based on the Toyota Hilux. The frame and front suspension of the ST8 are unified with the Land Cruiser Prado.
Earlier it was reported about the update of vans. After the restyling of the Sollers Atlant, which was previously called JAC Sunray, will receive a number of new features designed to make driving more comfortable. The car will be equipped with a media system with a touch screen and a rear-view camera. In addition, blind spot monitoring systems and adaptive cruise control will appear. Assembly will begin at the plant in Tatarstan in 2025.
