Peskov: Development of Russia's latest weapons is conducted without publicity

The development of the latest Russian ballistic hypersonic medium-range missile "Oreshnik" was not widely known before because such developments are conducted without publicity. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov.

I am sure that we do not know now about new upcoming developments.
Dmitry Peskov, official representative of the Kremlin

Earlier, on November 21, President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia had tested one of the latest Russian medium-range missile systems, the Oreshnik ballistic missile, in combat conditions.

The head of state emphasized that the military had already used "Oreshnik" in a non-nuclear hypersonic configuration. Sharing the characteristics of the latest MRBM, he noted that the missiles attack targets at a speed of 2-3 km per second, about 10 Mach.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the infantry legend "zushka" ZU-23-2 was equipped with a thermal imager to destroy UAVs at any time of the day.
