The database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property contains data on a patent for an electric crossover from the company "Umatex." This company is the largest manufacturer of carbon fiber and is part of the Rosatom State Corporation. What is remarkable about this patent is that the car is made of composite materials.
In the images presented in the patent database, the crossover has a dynamic silhouette with a rising window line towards the rear pillars, original lighting equipment, and a contrasting insert on the hood.
Experts do not rule out that the electric car may begin to be mass-produced. The thing is that in the summer, Umatex registered the Voyt brand, and in mid-November, the Voyt Suv was presented at the Composites Without Borders exhibition.
Note that the state corporation has not made any statements that it intends to become an automobile manufacturer. It only cooperates with a number of companies on the topic of automotive technologies.
