They noted that the Russian hypersonic arsenal today includes two main missiles - "Dagger" and "Avangard".
In general, the "Dagger", when evading air defense systems, turned out to be more effective than conventional missiles and loitering munitions.
The publication called reports on the effectiveness of American Patriot systems against "Daggers" dubious. Even in them, the effectiveness of the system against Russian hypersonic missiles is only 25%, and to intercept such a target, all 32 missiles from the Patriot battery launchers have to be launched.
