All-wheel drive Russian XCITE X-Cross 8 may account for about 20% of brand sales

New seven-seater XCITE X-Cross 8 crossovers have begun to arrive at Russian dealerships. In particular, they appeared in the Pragmatika dealer network. In St. Petersburg, new cars can be purchased at two dealerships - in Kupchino and on Vasilievsky Island. They are also available in Veliky Novgorod and Murmansk.

As the company told the Avtostat agency, cars in the mid-range Enjoy configuration with plug-in all-wheel drive and in the maximum all-wheel drive Techno version have arrived at dealerships.

According to Alexander Shaprynsky, commercial director of the Pragmatika dealer network, a distinctive feature of the X-Cross 8 is its seven-seater interior. This makes the car attractive to families with children, as well as to travel enthusiasts who value a spacious interior and a roomy trunk.

Another factor contributing to the choice of this model is the availability of all-wheel drive and automatic transmission in some configurations.

According to experts, the X-Cross 8 may account for approximately one-fifth of the XCITE brand's sales market. Its main competitors will be crossovers of a similar class from Chinese manufacturers in the top 5.

Perhaps the X-Cross 8 will be of interest to owners of LADA Vesta cars in top configurations and Largus Cross. In addition, it may become an alternative to some models of brands that have left the market.

As a reminder, the Xcite X-Cross 7 crossover appeared on the market in 2024, but its release was postponed several times. A similar situation was observed with the Xcite X-Cross 8 model. Initially, sales were scheduled to begin on October 24, but then this date was moved to October 28, and then left open.
