Belgee has introduced the updated Geely Coolray model in Belarus, currently available exclusively in the Flagship Plus configuration, priced at 86.7 thousand Belarusian rubles (approximately 2,560,000 Russian rubles).
The new crossover is equipped with a new generation NordThor Power 1.5TD engine with a seven-speed DCT transmission. This combination allows the car to accelerate to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds with a fuel consumption of 5.8 liters per 100 km. During the presentation, the car was impressively demonstrated by the captain of the MAZ-SPORTauto team, Sergei Vyazovich, who noted the high level of comfort of the updated model.
Gennady Svidersky, General Director of Belgee, noted that this is the second launch of Coolray in the Belarusian market and emphasized its success: the model has become the most popular in the lineup. It was the first for which the company acquired a license and started production under its own brand.
Svidersky also added that the new version of the crossover includes all the latest technical achievements of the plant, combining localization of production with the use of modern solutions that will be appreciated by customers during test drives.
One of the notable changes is the new interior design, which has become more modern. The updated model has received a new front grille and a number of other details.
