The General Director of the Combine, Vladimir Fedyakov, said that the plans include putting 20 new treatment units into operation. He also reported that geologists estimate the ore reserves at this site at 5.2 million tons.

These reserves will allow us to maintain the current level of production until the lower horizons of the mine are put into operation.

Mining operations will start in 2025, and ore will begin to be extracted in 2026. In addition, new underground horizons of the mine are being designed. The operation of more than 40 km of Karnasurt mine workings will begin in 2032.
