The accelerated delivery of locomotives will significantly enhance the capabilities of the traction complex of JSC "RZD" and ensure the growth of cargo transportation. The modernization and repair of the existing locomotive fleet are ensured.
The implementation of these plans will allow the formation of a cluster of import-independent machine-building industries.
