By 2025, Russia may have a unified HR platform based on artificial intelligence algorithms for civil servants. By 2030, it is planned to connect 60% of state bodies and 50% of civil servants to it.
The main goal of the project is to develop an effective system for personnel selection and motivation, as well as to create a digital profile of each employee, which will reflect all their achievements.
The platform will be integrated into several information systems. The amount of investment is 8 billion rubles.
Experts believe that this platform may be useful for reducing the costs of maintaining service organizations and increasing the transparency of their activities. However, they also warn about possible difficulties associated with integrating the platform into the existing resource system.
In addition, according to experts, such systems often become the target of hackers, as they store a huge amount of personal data.
Earlier in Russia, a neural network was developed to create scripts for TV series and films. An assistant based on artificial intelligence takes on routine tasks, such as generating ideas and editing ready-made scripts. It can also act as an intermediary, facilitating communication between several authors working on the same text simultaneously.
