Promteh Company presented two models of all-wheel drive light-duty trucks under its Kapitan brand at the NAMI proving ground. The models feature increased payload capacity with a gross weight of up to 3.5 tons.
Promteh produces its own light bodies Kub and Prima on the Lada chassis. A new project of similar superstructures is planned to be implemented on a Chinese chassis.
Promteh will mount its own bodies on the new chassis. This technology is common in the truck industry.
New models of a two-seater flatbed truck and a five-seater pickup truck with a double cab will be tested for payload capacity, off-road capability, and ease of chassis maintenance. For this purpose, it is planned to make runs with full load on off-road sections with elevation changes.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that KAMAZ showed its largest truck.
